FLEXIBILITY

We commonly know “flexibility” as a joint having the full range of motion. However, that definition can go beyond the joint. The epitome of TRUE FLEXIBILITY is anchored in the strength of the entire body.

We typically blame the lack of flexibility on injuries, but hypermobility (or ) may be the culprit too. Sometimes flexibility is not always the answer.

Your chosen activity or sport should determine the level of flexibility you should have. It may or may not be beneficial for you to keep increasing flexibility. Most importantly, clearly defining hindrances—whether you have a Strength Issue or a Flexibility Issue—will determine progress and recovery.
